Valley of Flowers is a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand. During monsoon, the high-altitude meadow transforms into a carpet of rare Himalayan wildflowers including the sacred Brahma Kamal. Home to Brahma Kamal, Blue Himalayan Poppy, Snow Leopard, Himalayan Brown Bear, Monal Pheasant. Best time to visit: Jul – Sep.
