Sariska Wildlife Guide — Rajasthan

Sariska Tiger Reserve is one of India's most striking conservation comebacks — its tiger population, wiped out by poaching in the mid-2000s, was rebuilt through relocation from Ranthambore. Ancient temples and the ruined Kankwari Fort sit within the reserve's dry forest and rocky hills. Home to Tiger, Sambar, Nilgai, Indian Peafowl, Rufous Treepie. Best time to visit: Oct – Jun. See recent sightings, gate guides, packing tips and the full species checklist for Sariska on Vanyamitra.
